Terms of Service

Welcome to Lumiorgon, part of the AI-enabled smart home device ecosystem hosted at lumiorgon.digital. These terms are effective in 2025 and govern your use of our services, information products, and physical products.

1. Scope

These terms apply to:

• Services provided by Lumiorgon
• Information products such as digital guides and online courses
• Physical products including smart home devices

2. Services

For consulting, installation, or maintenance services, you may request a full reimbursement if the request is submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. After a session has commenced, reimbursements are not available, but you may reschedule once without additional charge, subject to availability.

3. Information Products

Digital downloads and online courses may be eligible for a full reimbursement if the request is submitted within seven days of purchase and materials have not been accessed. No reimbursement is available once download or access begins. If materials are found to be defective, you may request corrected content at no extra charge.

4. Physical Products

You may send back eligible products in original condition within thirty days of delivery. You must arrange shipment at your own expense. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a reimbursement of the product price via the original payment instrument. Defective products may be repaired under warranty or replaced at our discretion.

5. Reimbursement Procedures

To initiate a reimbursement request, please complete our contact form. Requests are reviewed within five business days. Approved reimbursements are processed within ten business days of approval.

6. Non-Reimbursable Services

Certain bespoke services, including premium in-home setup and personalized planning, are not eligible for reimbursement due to tailored resource allocation. You may reschedule such services once if notice is provided at least 72 hours in advance. No cash compensation will be issued.

7. Amendments

Lumiorgon may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our offerings after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Last updated in 2025.
